We are a small family business that loves to off road. This started as a hobby for us but after several requests for products that we had made for our own machine, we have grown into a business. We understand what it is like to be waiting on parts and pride ourselves in trying to get you everything you need as quickly as possible so you can get back to riding. We have extensive experience and knowledge about these machines and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and to assist everyone from the avid knowledgeable rider to the family just getting their first machine.
Shipping is usually same day if ordered before 4 pm eastern M-F.
Small Packages are shipped via USPS first class package. Average time is 2-3 days.
Most other packages are shipped via USPS Priority mail and are 2-3 days to you.
Email confirmation will be sent to you after your order has shipped in addition to your emailed receipt.
Expedited shipping methods if you need something sooner such as Overnight express. We know what it feels like to be waiting on parts the week before a big ride. Just call us directly if you need overnight shipping service.
Shipping to the United States is Free.
We do ship to Canada but charge a $20 Fee.
We do also ship to other countries but you must contact us directly for pricing.
If something you wish to order is out of stock, please contact us directly.
Our stock fluctuates very quickly and most times we will be able to get the product to you in a timely manner.

We will accept returns up to 6 months form the original purchase date on unused products. The initial shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to return the product. We can provide a shipping label for convenience, however the cost of the return shipping will be deducted in addition to the initial shipping cost.
Refund will not be issued until the product is received.
If you need to exchange an item the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the original item back.
Purchaser is also responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
The new item(s) will not ship until the original item(s) are received, or a tracking number is provided that shows it is in transit.
We will offer a warranty on most products for breakage or manufacturer defects. Warranty policy will not cover wear items such as ball joints, heim joints, tie rod ends, bearings, and various other moving parts. We do cover breakage on these parts.
If we good-will cover an item perhaps due to improper installation, bolts accidentally lost etc. we may ask that you cover shipping. That will be a case by case basis. Contact us for any replacement parts needed or concerns.
Shipping costs for Warranty claims related to defective parts or breakage are covered by Brute Performance. Please refer to individual listing on website for product specific warranty information.
