Replace the stock 2 spider housing with this beautiful cnc machined 4340 housing
Designed to add 2 more spider gears to help spread the load inside the diff
The housing comes complete ready to drop in
- new side bearings installed
- reuse your original shims that came out of the diff
- you can check backlash but 97% of the diffs we have installed this into have been perfect like oem
- The additional internal pins and retainer block
- 4 small spider gears
- 2 big spider gears
- REUSE YOUR RING GRAR AND RING GEAR DOWELL PIN
OPTIONAL DOWNGRADE WILL BE PROVIDING ONLY 2 SMALL SPIDER GEARS
- We do not recommend using used spider gears in this new unit
- Most of the spider gears we see are dented, cracked deformed or worn
- if you happen to have a brand new diff or a diff with 4 miles on it you could potentially re use the spiders but again we recommend starting new on everything
