Order Processing
orders are shipped usually same day if ordered before 4 PM Eastern Monday–Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship on the next business day.
Free Standard Shipping
Standard shipping to the United States and Guam is free.

Most packages are shipped via UPS ground or second day air
- Average delivery time is typically 2–3 days.
Small packages are usualy shipped via USPS .

Canada Shipping
We do ship to Canada.

Flat rate: $30 for items up to 4 lbs
- For items over 4 lbs, additional shipping charges may apply
The additional 30$ charge covers our cost to ship to Canada.

In some cases of delayed mailing times, we may change carriers at our discretion to help get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you cannot receive service from a particular carrier, please let us know in advance or leave a note during checkout and we will do our best to accomidate
PO Boxes
We understand PO Boxes can only receive USPS shipments.
If you enter a PO Box and we are unable to ship USPS for any reason, we will contact you before making any changes.

An email confirmation will be sent after your order ships, along with your emailed receipt.
Undeliverable or refused Packages
If a package is returned to us:

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs

Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if a refund is requested

If the buyer wants the item shipped again, the cost of reshipping will be charged
If you refuse a package, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date on new, unused products. Products must remain in their original packaging and be returned in resalable condition.
Opened or used products that are not in resalable condition are not eligible for a refund. If a customer sends in a return that is not eligible for a refund and wants the item returned back to them, they are responsible for the shipping costs.
The following amounts will be deducted from the refund:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Brute Performance does not provide return shipping labels.
Refunds will not be issued until the returned product has been received and inspected.
