H2 1000 FRONT DIFF REBUILD SERVICE

The labor and return shipping cost is the same whether you purchase one or all additional parts. All parts and components we can install in your diff are listed in the options.

Fits:

• Kawasaki H2 1000 front differential

Service Includes:

• Disassembly and reassembly of your front differential

• Inspection of the following components:

  • Ring and pinion

  • Bearings

  • 2WD/4WD coupler

  • Carrier diff lock slots

  • Actuator

  • Spider gears

  • Spider gear pin

  • Shift forks

If any components are damaged or unusable, we will notify you.

Parts Availability:

• We stock shift forks, actuators, spider gears, and speed sensors.

• We also have a few internal carriers available if needed.

• Cases and ring-and-pinion sets are not available.

Diff Lock Disaster Kit:

• If you are sending in a diff for a Diff Lock Disaster Kit, contact us first and send pictures so we can determine whether the cases are usable.

Shipping Instructions:

• The customer is responsible for shipping the diff to us.

• DRAIN ALL DIFF FLUID BEFORE SHIPPING. An additional fluid removal fee will apply if the diff arrives with fluid in it.

• Place the entire diff in a trash bag to contain any residual fluid.

• Add extra padding around the actuator and diff input to prevent damage.

• Taking pictures before shipment is recommended.

• If you are unsure how to pack a front diff properly, take it to your local UPS Store and have them pack it very well.
