Shipping is usually same day if ordered before 4 pm eastern M-F. 

Small Packages are shipped via USPS first class package. Average time is 3 days. 

Most other packages are shipped via USPS Priority mail and are 2-3 days to you. In some cases on heavy or large items, or drop shipped items, we may send UPS. In some cases of delayed mailing times we also may change carriers at our discretion. If you cannot receive service from a particular carrier please let us know in advance. We understand Po Boxes are USPS only and if you enter a Po Box, if for some reason we cannot send USPS we will contact you first. 

Email confirmation will be sent to you after your order has shipped in addition to your emailed receipt. 

We do ship to Canada. We charge a flat fee of $20 for items up to 4 lbs. This is added at checkout.

There are taxes/duties due on delivery that purchaser is responsible for and are determined by your local government.  If you refuse the package we will not refund shipping costs. 

If the item is larger than 4 lbs there may be additional shipping costs for Canada customers . Please contact us if you are unsure and would like a shipping quote. We ship via USPS and UPS. 

 As Riders we know what it is like to need a part to save a riding trip.  If you have a hard deadline that you need a part by please contact us so we can do our best to ensure its timely arrival. We do have options for 2nd day air, Overnight, etc but you must contact us first if you need these services. 

Expedited shipping methods are available if you need something sooner such as Overnight express. We know what it feels like to be waiting on parts the week before a big ride. Just call us directly if you need overnight shipping service. 

Our Standard Shipping to the United States and Guam is Free. 

We are happy to ship Worldwide,  but you must contact us for a Quote as it varies based on the product. You can give us a call or message us with what you are looking for and where you would like to ship for a quote. Shipment times on International shipments vary depending on which service you choose to go with. Estimated times will be provided with the quote. Please note all pricing is in $USD, we are not responsible for conversion rates. 

We are a small family business that loves to off road. This originally started as a hobby for us, but after several requests for products that we had made for our own machine, we have grown into a business. We are located near Clinton, Tennessee and frequent Windrock. Our personal machines are a KRX, Teryx, and XX. We have made it our mission to push these machines to their limits and to try and break these things so we can make them better for everyone. If we make it or carry it, we have personally tested it and found a need for it. We also try and ride all over the country to test things in a multitude of different environments and terrains, not just one area. What works best in one area isn't necessarily best for others.  We ride as a family so dependability and safety are important to us. We also understand what it is like to be waiting on parts and pride ourselves in trying to get you everything you need as quickly as possible so you can get back to riding. We have extensive experience and knowledge about these machines and are happy to answer any questions you may have.  Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and to assist everyone from the avid knowledgeable rider to the family just getting their first machine. 

We will accept returns up to 6 months form the original purchase date on unused products. 

The initial shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount. 

The 3% processing fee will also be deducted from the return amount 

The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to return the product. We can provide a shipping label for convenience, however the cost of the return shipping will be deducted in addition to the initial shipping cost. 

Refund will not be issued until the product is received. 

 If you need to exchange an item the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the original item back. 

Purchaser is also responsible for the shipping cost of the new item. 

The new item(s) will not ship until the original item(s) are received, or a tracking number is provided that shows it is in transit. 

We will offer a warranty on most products for manufacturer defects. Warranty policy will not cover wear items such as ball joints, heim joints, tie rod ends, bearings, and various other moving parts. 

If we good-will cover an item perhaps due to improper installation, bolts accidentally lost etc. we may ask that you cover shipping. That will be a case by case basis. Contact us for any replacement parts needed or concerns. 

Shipping costs for Warranty claims related to defective parts or breakage are covered by Brute Performance. Please refer to individual listing on website for product specific warranty information.

NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES: In no event will Brute Performance be liable for any special, direct, incidental or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, the loss of life or limb, damages due to bodily or personal injury, or any damages to vehicles or their components, which may arise or result from the sale, installation, or use of any of its products and parts.

BUYER’S/USER’S RESPONSIBILITIES: It is the BUYER’S/user's responsibility to inspect and verify the dimensions, specifications, and performance of all products and parts as being appropriate for the use to which the BUYER/user will USE them prior to any actual installation and/or use of said products and parts. ALL products and parts are to be inspected by the user before each use for evidence of damage, defect or wear. Any deviation by the user from the manufacturer's specifications concerning use, maintenance, repair, alterations and modifications constitutes willful negligence.

VEHICLE MODIFICATIONS: Vehicle modifications can potentially affect safety, handling, stability and emissions compliance.  Suspension modifications can negatively affect stability and increase the chance of rollover.  The consumer accepts all responsibility for all resulting changes and modifications to said vehicle(s) and all potential risks AND FINES/IMPRISONMENT FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS.

The installation of Brute Performance's products or parts may adversely affect other vehicle components, safety equipment or manufactured goods (collectively "goods"). Brute Performance assumes no responsibility for any damage to other goods, or bodily injury that may arise due to failure of other goods, due to installation and/or use, either proper or improper, of its products or parts.

SAFETY CLAIMS: No warranty or representation is made as to this product’s ability to protect the user from injury or death.  The BUYER/USER IS responsible for HIS/HER own actions and decisions.  No safety product can completely protect the user from injury or death.

SEVERANCE OF DISCLAIMER PROVISIONS: By purchasing or using this product, the BUYER/user agrees that if any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future law, such provision shall be fully severed from the Disclaimer and this Disclaimer shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision never comprised a part hereof, and the remaining provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision. there shall be added automatically as part of this Disclaimer a provision as similar in its terms to such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision as may be possible and be legal, valid and enforceable.
