DOUBLE JAM NUTS FOR SUPER ATV A-ARMS

The original nuts provided with the SATV arms are not coated and will rust. Double nutting the adjustment blocks will help prevent the single nut from coming loose and stripping out the threads.

Fits:

• SuperATV KRX 1000 High Clearance 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms (original version only)

• SuperATV Teryx 800 High Clearance 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms

• Does not fit SuperATV Atlas or Boxed A-Arms - They have larger thread and it is not an issue

Features:

• Replacement double jam nuts for the A-arm adjustment blocks

• Helps prevent the adjustment block from loosening and damaging the threads

• Black coated for improved corrosion resistance

• If you purchase your A-arms from us, these are included at no additional cost

Installation:

• The A-arms come preset with approximately 10 mm of thread showing past the original jam nut.

• Remove the adjustment block from the A-arm.

• Remove the original jam nut.

• Thread both new jam nuts fully onto the adjustment block.

• Reinstall the adjustment block until no threads are showing.

• Tighten both jam nuts together to lock the adjustment in place, then complete the A-arm installation.
