KRX 1000 Radiator Fan Upgrade
Fits all 2020–2024 KRX 1000 machines
- 2025 models already have an improved factory fan. Kawasaki finally replaced the original fan with the same high-performance fan we use.
- We offer a true Performance Upgrade fan and an Economy OEM Replacement. Please take the time to understand the difference.
- If your machine is running hot and you can't figure out why, chances are a magnet has dislodged in the stock fan assembly and is dragging. Replace the weak, known-to-fail stock radiator fan with this IP68 waterproof high-output assembly. Fully assembled and ready to bolt in. No cutting, drilling, wiring, or modifying the machine.
- We use 14" SPAL high-performance fans made in Italy. Curved blades provide much higher CFM than straight-blade fans.
Performance Upgrade Fan
- Rated at over 1800 CFM—almost triple the factory output. This is the highest-flowing fan available for the KRX.
- Magnets won't fall apart like the factory unit.

- Plug-and-play installation using OEM connectors.
- Draws 5–6 amps @ 14V for low power consumption.
- Not recommended for aggressive riding.
- This is the same type of fan some competitors market as a "huge upgrade," but it simply meets the minimum cooling needs for a stock machine under moderate conditions.

- Fan wired with the OEM connector.
- Fan wires are sheathed for a clean appearance and protection from cuts and damage.
- Laser-cut aluminum shroud.
- Stainless mounting hardware.
- Stainless screws, washers, and Nylock nuts.
- New shroud mounting grommets included.
- New grommets provide rattle-free, movement-free operation for the life of the machine.
- Using O-rings to take up slack or the pass-through zip ties supplied with cheap universal fans can result in leaks, rattles, and failures.
- True bolt-in, plug-in installation. There is no good reason to hack up your OEM connector or modify the radiator to make a fan fit.
- Performance fan draws 16–17 amps @ 14V.
- Economy fan draws 5–6 amps @ 14V.
- Stock fan draws 13–14 amps @ 14V.
- You do not need to reuse the OEM vent line.
